A few tips for faster support

  • When reporting a bug or export issue, include your Project ID (visible in the URL of your workspace, e.g. /workspace/abc123).
  • Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful for UI bugs.
  • For billing questions, include the email address associated with your Vidro account.
  • Check the Help Center first — many common questions are already answered there.
