A few tips for faster support
- When reporting a bug or export issue, include your Project ID (visible in the URL of your workspace, e.g.
/workspace/abc123). - Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful for UI bugs.
- For billing questions, include the email address associated with your Vidro account.
